From the very beginning, our team has been driven by a singular goal — to combine creativity, teamwork, and innovation to build a car that not only performs but also stands as a testament to the dedication and hard work of our team members. And now, after months of planning, designing, and fine-tuning, we are proud to announce a major achievement that has made all our efforts worthwhile.
Victory in the Inter-Ryan Competition
Our team recently won first place in the prestigious Inter-Ryan competition, a challenging event that saw us go head-to-head with teams from various schools. The competition was fierce, and each team brought their A-game. But through tireless effort and an unwavering spirit, Lightning Demons emerged victorious. We couldn’t have done this wicreation of a miniature F1 car. The process is rigorous and involves several stages, including design, testing, simulation, and even marketing. Throughout this process, our team members have learned valuable skills in project management, problem-solving, and engineering design.
As the Co. Sponsorship Manager and Co. Graphic Designer of Team Lightning Demons, I have had the unique opportunity to communicate with sponsors and work on our branding. Bridging the gap between creativity and strategy was both a challenge and an opportunity. Crafting compelling sponsorship proposals while ensuring that every visual element aligned with our team’s identity required a balance of precision and innovation. Securing partnerships was more than just funding—it was about building relationships that strengthened our journey. Every design, from social media graphics to car branding, was a reflection of our vision, helping us communicate our story with impact. Seeing sponsors come on board and our designs come to life was incredibly rewarding, proving that both strategy and creativity play a crucial role in our success.
A Bright Future Ahead
Our success in the Inter-Ryan competition has only fueled our passion for F1 in Schools. But this is just the beginning. We are motivated more than ever to push the boundaries of innovation and design as we continue our journey in F1 in Schools. With each challenge we face, we grow stronger, more skilled, and more determined.
I want to take a moment to thank our mentors, teammates, and everyone who has supported Lightning Demons on this journey. Your encouragement and belief in our abilities have been invaluable.
As I sign off as the Co. Sponsorship Manager and Co. Graphic Designer of Team Lightning Demons, I am filled with immense pride for what we’ve achieved. But I am also excited about the future—the challenges, the opportunities, and the races that lie ahead. We are Lightning Demons, and we’re just getting started.
Stay tuned, and we’ll continue to race ahead!
